1. License Grant Single-use license for one Shopify store. Non-transferable, non-exclusive. License belongs to the purchasing entity only.

2. Permitted Use

• Install and use on one Shopify store
• Customize for their own brand
• Use indefinitely on that store

3. Prohibited Use

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the theme files
• Using on more than one store without purchasing additional licenses
• Sub-licensing to clients or third parties
• Claiming the theme as their own original work
• Uploading to any theme marketplace or file sharing platform

4. No Agency Relationship Purchase of this theme does not constitute a working relationship with Hayda Studios. You are purchasing a standalone digital product, not design services, consulting, or custom development.

5. Support Scope Support is limited to theme functionality and configuration. It does not cover custom development, third-party app conflicts, or modifications outside the theme's built-in settings.

6. No Refund Policy All sales final due to the digital nature of the product. Customer is encouraged to review the demo store prior to purchase.

7. Imagery & Assets Demo images are not included. All photography, copy, and brand assets shown in the demo are for display purposes only.

8. Updates Updates are provided at Hayda Studios' discretion. While we aim to maintain compatibility with the latest Shopify features, updates are not guaranteed on any specific timeline.

9. Intellectual Property All theme files, design assets, and code remain the intellectual property of Hayda Studios. Purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the underlying work.

10. Limitation of Liability Hayda Studios is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or business resulting from use or inability to use the theme. The theme is provided as-is.
