The Experience
Five days. One website.
The five-day format exists because it works. Enough time to build something substantial, tight enough to maintain momentum and creative focus. No waiting weeks for a first look. No disappearing into a black hole mid-project. Just five focused working days with clear checkpoints and a live site at the end.
Pre-Work (due one week before)
Inside your portal, you'll find your onboarding checklist and intake form. You'll upload brand assets, copy, images, domain information, and any other materials needed for the build. All assets must be received before your start date — if anything is missing, the timeline will shift accordingly.
Day 1 — Direction & Design
We kick off with a meeting to align on direction. You'll receive a homepage mockup for review and approval. Once approved, the rest of the site is built from this structure — so your input on Day 1 sets the tone for everything that follows.
Day 2 — Full Build
With the homepage approved, we move into the full build. All pages are constructed and the backend is set up — products, collections, navigation, Klaviyo integration, and core settings configured.
Day 3 — First Round of Revisions
You'll review the site in the morning and provide feedback that day. We implement your revisions and prepare the site for your second review.
Day 4 — Second Round of Revisions
You'll review the site again in the morning and provide any remaining feedback. We implement final refinements and prepare for delivery.
Day 5 — Final Adjustments & Launch
Final adjustments are made and the site is prepared for launch. Once final payment is received, ownership of the website is transferred to you — live, polished, and ready.
