Shipping & Returns Policy for Physical Products

Order Processing

All physical products (including clothing and objects) are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

We ship within the United States, Canada, and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery timelines begin once your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing for international orders.

Tracking

A tracking link will be sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to register movement.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Because all items are made to order, we are unable to modify or redirect orders once they have been submitted. Hayda Studios is not responsible for lost or missing packages once an order has shipped. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@haydastudios.com with clear photos of the damage so we can review the issue.

Digital Products Policy

All digital products are delivered electronically.

Because digital products are non-tangible and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products.

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, Hayda Studios cannot revoke access or issue a refund under any circumstances.
